In a growing scandal over real estate wheeling and dealing on the state's north coast , NSW Coalition Premier Nick Greiner sacks his Minister for Administrative Services Matt Singleton for pressuring a fellow minister to lift a zoning restriction on land in which he (Singleton) had a substantial financial interest.
